A. ground water
B. runoff
That's Correct!
It's Wrong!

Groundwater is the source of a natural spring. A natural spring is a location where groundwater comes from the Earth's subsurface in a regular flow and in an amount large enough to form a pool or stream-like flow.

Springs can discharge fresh groundwater either onto the ground surface, directly into the beds of rivers or streams, or directly into the ocean below sea level.

On the other hand, runoff is what occurs when rain is not absorbed by the ground as it falls. It then begins to flow downhill. As it does, it will carry topsoil, nutrients, and other substances downhill. Eventually runoff water will drain into a stream, river, or ocean.
